Be a Champion for Children’s Health
A $250 donation sponsors a family’s support in the “Connecting to Coverage” program, ensuring navigation to essential health insurance with a certified enroller. A $25,000 gift trains an entire cohort of Promotores, with six weeks of “basic training” creating new community health champions who will serve hundreds of neighbors.
Every dollar invested in Health Linkages creates ripple effects that strengthen the entire community’s health and well-being.
